职位亮点： 核心技术平台：突破基因递送关键瓶颈，产品管线：聚焦高需求眼科领域 主要职责： 1. 基于公司眼科基因治疗管线，制定临床开发策略（包括适应症选择、临床方案设计、试验人群定义、终点指标设定），确保方案科学合规且契合产品 “best-in-class” 定位； 2. 医学团队搭建与管理 任职要求： 1. 教育背景：医学博士（MD）或药学博士（PharmD）学位，眼科专业背景优先（眼底病、视网膜疾病方向尤佳），具备基因治疗、生物药临床研发相关知识储备者优先； 2. 10 年以上生物药 / 基因治疗领域临床研发经验，有过眼科疾病（如黄斑变性、视网膜劈裂症等）临床研究管理经验优先
