职位亮点 融资可观，研发氛围好60W 主要职责 1、制定制剂项目开发方案并组织实施，解决项目过程相关问题； 2、组织开展制剂项目处方前及处方工艺研究、工艺设计、工艺筛选优化及确定； 3、组织开展制剂项目中试研究，包括中试方案编制、中试项目管理、中试总结报告撰写，配合完成工艺转移。 任职要求 1、硕士及以上，药学、制剂或制药相关专业； 2、五年以上制剂研发经验，三年以上管理岗位经验；具备复杂注射制剂（微球、微囊、脂质体、纳米晶、胶束）、吸入剂开发经验者优先考虑。
