This role focuses on mid-to-senior level hiring while also involving client engagement, market insights, and business development. It is well-suited for candidates looking to build and strengthen their capabilities along the 360 recruitment consultant pathway. In this role, you will focus on the life sciences sector, covering areas such as pharmaceuticals, innovative biotech, medical devices, and healthcare technology. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, assessment and recommendation, process coordination, offer management, and onboarding delivery. You will also maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high-quality delivery and service standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Source high-quality candidates through job boards, professional platforms, industry networks, and referrals, while building and maintaining talent pipelines for key life sciences roles. 2. Manage candidate communication, role briefing, interview coordination, background checks, credential verification, and onboarding support to ensure a smooth process and successful placement. 3. Develop a clear understanding of client hiring needs and role requirements, and continuously improve candidate matching quality, recruitment progress, and delivery standards. 4. Maintain accurate candidate records and stay updated on talent distribution, compensation trends, and market developments across the life sciences and healthcare sectors. 5. Contribute to team targets by delivering recruitment projects, supporting client development, identifying new business opportunities, and continuously reviewing and improving working methods. Requirements 1. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; prior experience in life sciences recruitment (biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.) is preferred. Familiarity with talent distribution and hiring challenges in the industry is a plus. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand needs and build trust with clients, candidates, and internal teams. 3. Ability to work independently across the full recruitment process, while also contributing effectively within a team environment. 4.
