职位亮点 pre-ipo，融资可观 50w 主要职责 1. 协助总监负责投融资工作，与潜在投资人对接和协调融资相关事件，与战略合作方保持良好的合作关系； 2. 跟踪公司发展状况与投融资业务需求，制定公司投融资方案； 3. 负责公司财务预测模型的更新和调整及组织编制投资者推介材料； 4. 协助管理层进行公司投资者关系维护，对接投资人投后工作，负责组织董事会和股东大会等投资者活动 任职要求 1.经济管理、金融投资等专业优先，本科及以上学历；医药行业相关经验 2. 不少于5年顶级投行、投资者关系、资本市场融资经验，熟悉境外资本市场； 3. 有港股上市全流程IR工作经历优先； 4. 富有团队精神，具有较强的处理复杂、紧急事务的应变能力及强烈的责任心； 5. 具备较强的沟通能力、文字表达能力，优秀的英文听、写能力；具有逻辑思考力，执行力强
