职位亮点 甲方药企，大平台，管线发展潜力大 主要职责 - Responsibilities 1. Drive early-stage siRNA discovery projects, covering target evaluation, lead identification and optimization, and development candidate selection. 2. Lead the design and optimization of siRNA molecules, including sequence selection, chemical modification, and delivery approaches such as GalNAc, AOC, and extrahepatic delivery. 3. Oversee in vitro and in vivo pharmacology work to evaluate gene silencing, off-target effects, and efficacy across relevant disease models. 4. Lead a multidisciplinary research team and work closely with CMC, toxicology, and clinical development teams to advance programs. 5. Support IND-enabling activities, regulatory documentation and interactions, and contribute to pipeline strategy and project planning. 任职要求 - Required Experience & Skills 1. PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline. 2. At least 5 years of post-PhD industry experience in siRNA drug discovery, with hands-on experience advancing programs from early discovery toward candidate selection. 3. Strong expertise in RNAi biology, siRNA sequence design, chemical modification for stability and specificity, and delivery technologies including GalNAc and AOC. 4. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring scientific teams, as well as coordinating external research collaborations. 5. Excellent written and spoken English, with experience preparing regulatory documents and presenting scientific or project updates to senior management.
