职位亮点 痛风临床指南产品 主要职责 1. 战略与策略：制定产品渠道三年销售战略、年度生意计划与费用预算，明确渠道优先级； 2. 渠道布建与终端覆盖：0-1 搭建 商务及零售团队，主导连锁总部战略合作谈判，锁定首推或黄金陈列位； 3. 联动市场部开展患教直播、KOL 种草、建立 BI 数据仪表盘（分销、动销、纯销、库存、会员复购），周维度追踪，异常 24h 内闭环。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上，医学/药学/市场营销专业优先； 2. 10 年以上保健品/食品销售经验，其中 5 年以上全国总监/副总履历，曾操盘降尿酸、痛风、骨关节炎、慢病管理类产品优先； 3. 熟悉百强连锁规则，具备总部高层人脉资源；有 0-1 爆品打造成功案例。
